Job Description
Collabera Inc is seeking a Systems Engineer for a 12+ month contract in Babylon, NY. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in producing technical systems designs, implementation planning, and execution for large-scale distributed applications and solutions across a global infrastructure.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Systems Engineer/Systems Administrator
- Experience in producing systems design specifications for Linux and Win based platforms
- Experience in designing and implementing Cloud (Azure and/or AWS) based systems
- Programming background in Perl, Python, HTML5, Unix Shell scripts, and/or PowerShell
- Minimum 2 years writing scripts/templates for automating cloud infrastructure, configuration management, and application deployments
- Minimum 2 years hands on experience with automation toolset (e.g. Puppet, Chef, Ansible, etc.)
- Minimum 1 year experience with logging technologies (e.g. ELK, file beat)
