Juristischer Werkstudent (w/m/d) IT- und Wirtschaftsrecht

Support the Legal Team in all legal matters and daily business of contract management, independent processing of general legal questions, analysis of relevant legislation, and examination of contracts and terms and conditions.

Requirements

• Enrolled in the study of law, commercial law, or a comparable field of study (at least in the fourth semester)
• Desire for practical preparation for a career as an in-house lawyer and sense of economic interconnections and business-oriented solutions
• Specialist knowledge in the field of IT and commercial law, particularly interest in copyright law and software contracts
• Knowledge of data protection law is desirable
• Independent, responsible, and structured way of working
• Open and communicative personality and team skills
• Very good knowledge of German and English
