Manager, Solutions Architect

Cognizant is seeking a dynamic Manager, Solutions Architect to lead a team of Solutions Architects, providing strategic guidance and solution design support throughout the sales process for Workday engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred (or PMP/other certifications)
• 5+ years of Workday implementation experience, including at least two full end-to-end deployments
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Current Workday certification (HCM or Financials preferred)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level audiences
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
