Workday Financials Senior Principal Consultant

The Cognizant Workday Practice is seeking a Workday Financials Senior Principal Consultant to bridge the gap between business and technical teams, guide clients through Workday implementation, and provide expertise in design, configuration, testing, and implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field or equivalent.
• 4+ years of Workday functional implementation experience, required.
• 5 years Human Resources, Payroll, or Financial software experience, required.
• 5 years implementing functional solutions with ERP or SaaS software, required.
• Report writing experience and/or Workday Financials certification, highly desired.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
