Job Description
We are seeking a Workday HCM Senior Principal Consultant to provide expert guidance between business and technical teams, solve complex Workday intersystem problems, and lead clients through transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of Workday HCM consulting experience
- Active HCM Certification - Core
- Experience with additional Workday modules such as Core Compensation, Recruiting, Benefits, People Experience, or Advanced Compensation
- Proven track record of successfully leading Workday HCM implementations for various clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
