Job Description
As our College Counselor & Advisor, you will facilitate College Track's LEAD curriculum and college readiness programming, helping scholars explore their purpose, develop leadership skills, and complete critical college access milestones.
Requirements
- Direct experience working with first-generation college-bound students
- Facilitation skills and the ability to use culturally responsive and trauma-informed approaches
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of individuals, including students, caregivers, and teachers
