Job Description
As the Accounting Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day Property Accounting Department, manage team workload, and meet client expectations. You'll have opportunities to mentor and develop high-performing property accountants. You'll also assist with the annual property budget process, onboard new client accounts, and evaluate internal processes for improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial property accounting/real estate industry experience
- 3+ years experience in leading, supervising and developing high-performing teams
- General understanding of computerized accounting systems; MRI experience required
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
