Job Description
As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of managing commercial buildings, developing strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and vendors, and supporting senior management.
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in real estate, commercial preferred
- A valid Nevada Real Estate License and Property Manager Permit
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel)
- Familiarity with real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, etc.
- Experience with contract and leasing agreements
