Job Description
We're seeking a confident and competitive individual to join our team as an Associate. You'll have the autonomy to manage your own territory and work alongside experienced agents in the selling, leasing, and marketing of commercial real estate properties.
Requirements
- Real estate license required
- Post-secondary diploma or degree is preferred
- Valid driver's license and fully insured automobile is required
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in the Commercial real estate sector or a related industry is considered a strong asset
- Conducting research through MLS, MPAC, RealNet, and/or the Internet is considered an asset
- Maintains a professional appearance
