Job Description
Colliers is seeking a Building Engineer to join their team. As a technical and engineering expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance systems are running efficiently to ensure the safety of clients and their properties. You will also develop and maintain strong relationships with property managers, suppliers, and department leaders.
Requirements
- At least 3 - 5 years' experience in building/property maintenance or engineering experience
- Solid working knowledge of HVAC systems/maintenance, electrical, plumbing, energy management systems and other building mechanical equipment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel)
- Flexibility to be on-call to respond to after-hours / weekend emergency requests
- Working knowledge of work order and preventative maintenance software systems
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent communications skills
- Valid driver's license
