Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for our customers in the Netherlands, providing a friendly and efficient service, answering complaints, information requests, and questions about real estate, and supporting the Service Desk in reporting issues and maintaining contact with maintenance parties and energy suppliers.
Requirements
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English, both orally and in writing
- Accurate and structured work
- Technical knowledge: Experience with Office and ERP systems is a plus
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Available: at least 28 hours - preference for 40 hours per week
