Requirements
- University degree in Business, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in commercial real estate preferred, including 3+ years in a sales-focused role
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead pitches, manage pipelines, and deliver results
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- A valid Ontario driver’s license
