Financial Analyst - Commercial Real Estate

The Debt & Equity Production Analyst will perform financial analysis and other analytical work to support transaction management and mortgage banking services provided to companies of all sizes. The Analyst will assist clients in optimizing their real estate strategies by developing comprehensive financial models, conducting research, and performing analysis related to the underwriting and origination of commercial mortgages.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related area
• 1-3 years' experience in Commercial real estate, capital markets or corporate finance
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Advanced proficiency in Argus
• Experience developing cash flow models and in-depth financial analysis
