Job Description
Colliers is seeking an HR Business Partner to develop, execute, and further professionalize the People policy, and ensure a smooth and efficient execution of all HR processes. The successful candidate will be a strategic sparring partner and practically oriented, providing advice and support on HR issues, absence management, terms and conditions, and salary cycles.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a dynamic, growth-oriented and commercial environment.
- Solid knowledge of labor law and HR processes.
- Empathetic, communicatively strong, and able to connect with people on all levels.
- Sharp analytical ability, structure, and overview.
- Forward-thinking and proactive.
- Experience with HR systems, preferably SAP, is a plus.
- Proficient in Dutch and English.
