Operations Coordinator

As an Operations Coordinator at Colliers, you will support the Texas Region by managing property listings, legal agreements, and administrative functions. You will be responsible for operational efficiency and accuracy across multiple platforms and systems.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role of Operational support
• Commercial Real Estate industry is strongly preferred
• Proficient in intermediate functions including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Previous experience with accounts payable and database management preferred
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
