Property Manager

Colliers is seeking a Property Manager to facilitate its continued growth as an industry leader. The role involves managing a commercial building, developing strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors, and making recommendations to improve property management.

Requirements

• 3 – 5 years' experience in commercial real estate
• Strong understanding of financial reports
• Experience with capital improvement projects
• Demonstrated experience with real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, etc.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
