Senior Financial Analyst

As a Senior Financial Analyst at Colliers, you will optimize clients' real estate acquisition and disposition strategies by developing financial models, conducting research, and performing analysis. You will also design and build sophisticated financial models for properties with existing and speculative cash flow.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related area.
• 2-5 years' experience in real estate and/or capital markets.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with Argus modelling experience.
• Experience developing cash flow models and in-depth financial analysis.
• Strong research skills and attention to details.
• Commercial real estate experience is required
