Requirements
- Visible knowledge and experience in a comparable role
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a corporate environment or big-4
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and Exact
- Proactive and energetic: a true self-starter with a hands-on mentality
- Problem-solving ability
- Change-oriented: likes to continuously improve and knows how to bring others along in changes
- Communicative strength: clear, convincing, and a strong personality
- Organizational sensitivity: understands interests and dynamics within the organization
