Senior Strategy Facilitator & Consultant

Collinson is seeking an experienced strategy consultant to guide a senior leadership team through the development of an aligned business strategy. The successful candidate will lead the process of extracting, organizing, and aligning the team's collective vision into a unified business strategy, facilitating structured discussions, workshops, and interviews to clarify strategic intentions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategy consulting or strategic facilitation, preferably working with senior executives or boards
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex strategic discussions and extract clarity from ambiguity
• Exceptional listening skills and the ability to navigate power dynamics with diplomacy, confidence, and discretion
• Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to frame issues, interrogate assumptions, and synthesize insights into coherent narratives
• Proven experience delivering executive-ready strategy documents or investment-grade business plans
• Outstanding communication, storytelling, and stakeholder-alignment skills
• Experience working in industries related to loyalty, customer engagement, digital platforms, travel, financial services, or retail is advantageous but not essential
