Job Description
Colony Hardware is seeking a Rebar Fabricator to assist in the fabrication of steel reinforcement bar using a rebar shear line and bending machine. The role involves handling, cutting, bending, and staging materials for customer pickups or deliveries. It requires attention to detail and a collaborative team spirit. The company emphasizes a performance-based culture with rewards for both personal and company goals.
Requirements
- Assist shear operator or operate the shear line
- Feed the line with rebar bundle; Break open bundles
- Loads truck with packed orders in an organized and specified sequence
- Ensures that the work environment is kept orderly, organized, and clean
- Communicate issues to supervisor for resolution
- Ability to safely lift and manage 50+ lbs.
