Job Description
The CCU Academy Student Success Advisor position is a full-time role that guides and supports students through the CCU Academy processes, including Dual Credit, Online Dual Enrollment, and the A.A. degree. The advisor will advise students on academic requirements, course selection, and progression toward program completion, ensuring alignment with CCU Academy standards and degree pathways.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Master's degree in Student Development, Education, or related field preferred
- Two-three years experience working in Christian higher education preferred
- Passion for helping students succeed, thrive, and develop educational skills
- Ability to be a self-starter, personable, organized, and a team player
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience using and maintaining a shared database system
