• You are an enthusiastic caregiver with a passion for your profession;
• You have a completed care education level 3;
• You have an affinity with the target group somatic or PG;
• Good rest: at the scheduled shifts, there are no night shifts; we do this in cooperation with the regional night shifts;
• You are up to date with the developments within your profession.
