Concrete Form Setter/Finisher

Coloscapes Concrete is seeking a Full-Time Concrete Form Setter/Carpenter to assist in building and positioning concrete forms and dismantling after use. The role involves physical labor on construction sites, assisting other craft workers, and learning the trade through on-the-job training. This is a hands-on position requiring attention to detail and physical stamina.

Requirements

• Assist in building and positioning forms.
• Dig ditches and levels earth.
• Grade dirt and concrete efficiently.
• Erect and disassemble scaffolding, shoring, braces, and other temporary structures.
• Mix concrete and mortar.
• Maintain jobsite and equipment.
• Inspect and maintain vehicle supplies.
• Report hazards.
