Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Accounting or related field
• 2 years' related experience
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general construction documents
• Proficiency in Microsoft software programs such as Word and Excel
• Proficiency in estimating software
• Strong knowledge of concrete construction materials, methods, and industry standards
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
