Front Desk Attendant - Columbia Gym

Columbia Association is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Front Desk Attendant to join their team. This part-time position can work up to 28 hours per week, with a minimum requirement of two shifts per week. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, build connections with members, and maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience in a hospitality, fitness, or related industry is preferred.
• Passion for fitness and a genuine desire to help others succeed on their fitness journeys.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization.
