Job Description
Fund Oversight & Operations Manager will lead the delivery of TA related business, fund and regulatory change projects/initiatives from inception to successful transfer to the 'business as usual' environment for UK, Guernsey, Ireland and Luxembourg product ranges.
Requirements
- Extensive EMEA Transfer Agency oversight and operational experience
- Strong knowledge of UK and European fund structures and the associated regulations/legislation
- Thorough understanding of the asset management lifecycle
- Strong interpersonal, relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organisational, analytical and conflict management skills
- Ability to independently deliver projects as requested, on time and within budget
- Highly flexible and adaptive to change
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise appropriately, identifying team pressure points
