Plant Manager

The Plant Manager provides senior leadership at plant level and creates a positive environment for all associates.

Requirements

• Plans, implements and oversees manufacturing plant organization policies and goals.
• Coordinate activities of departments such as manufacturing, engineering, production control, materials management, quality, service, and maintenance.
• Drive transformational change throughout the plant in coordination with business unit strategies and plans.
• Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career development.
• Manage morale and turnover through building an understanding of what motivates your team members.
