The Non-Credit Instructor in Information Technology is responsible for delivering instruction and training to a variety of students for the purpose of increasing their employability in technical or non-technical career fields.
Requirements
- Delivers and facilitates assigned training curriculum, which includes classroom instruction, whether virtually delivered and/or in-person
- Delivers and facilitates approved safety, technical, and skills curriculum using adult learning delivery methods and classroom audio/visual equipment
- Assists in identifying, planning, and implementing learning activities appropriate to student needs
- Conducts refresher training or one-on-one sessions with students as needed or requested
- Employs appropriate assessment techniques to measure student performance in achieving course goals and objectives
