Column is hiring a Digital Assets Compliance expert to architect and own the company's compliance framework for its crypto products. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial crimes compliance, digital assets, and blockchain-related compliance.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in financial crimes compliance
- Expert knowledge of BSA/AML requirements and GENIUS Act rules
- Strong understanding of stablecoin mechanics, blockchain technology, and crypto payment flows
