Blended Case Manager Supervisor

COMHAR invites you to join our team as a Blended Case Manager Supervisor. In this role, you will help empower individuals to meet their goals and make a meaningful difference every day.

Requirements

• Masters Level degree in social work, psychology, rehabilitation, activity therapies, counseling or education
• Three years mental health direct care experience - one of which includes supervisory experience preferred
• On-call responsibility & completion of BHTEN 10-week case management orientation, as well as a valid driver's license
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with strong reading and writing skills preferred but not required
