Mental Health Technician

We are seeking a Mental Health Technician to support adults with serious mental illness, behavioral challenges, and justice involvement in our therapeutic residential program. You will play a key role in providing direct support, supervision, and engagement to residents, promoting safety, and helping individuals develop the skills they need to transition successfully into the community.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, human services, or a related field preferred
• 6 months of training in mental health or related field or 12 semester hours of college training in a mental health related field
• Current Driver's License; satisfactory driving record; eligible to operate program vehicles
