Job Description
At CoMind, we are developing a non-invasive neuromonitoring technology that will result in a new era of clinical brain monitoring. The IT Operations Engineer will own the day-to-day delivery and continuous improvement of CoMind's IT services, providing high-quality end-user support and administering core infrastructure.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or a similar hands-on technical role in a fast-paced environment or a startup
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 / Entra ID administration
- Experience with network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, wireless access points, VLANs)
- Familiarity with endpoint management and MDM solutions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users
