Job Description
Commonwealth Fusion Systems is looking for a Diagnostician to join their team in Devens, MA. As a Diagnostician, you will be responsible for shepherding SPARC diagnostic sub-systems through final design, integrating technical input from experts, and developing assembly, installation, and commissioning plans. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and experience in designing and implementing scientific instruments.
Requirements
- Shepherd SPARC diagnostic sub-systems through final design
- Integrate technical input from experts in the SPARC team
- Develop diagnostic's assembly, installation, calibration and commissioning plans
- Integrate diagnostic into the plant-level and real-time plasma control systems
- Participate in the testing and operation of diagnostic systems
