Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician Avon Florida is seeking a full-time provider to provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care, acute and chronic care, clinical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment. The role involves collaboration with other members of the clinical team and adherence to clinical protocols.

Requirements

• Adhere to disease management protocols
• Participate in Collaboratives and health care programs
• Complete all duties and competencies in age-appropriate manner
• Demonstrate ability to work cooperatively with other members of the clinical team
• Complete all duties, responsibilities, and competencies in a manner that is appropriate to the age groups
• Provide off-hours and Saturday clinic coverage
• BLS certification
• DEA Certificate
