Sr. Staff Software Engineer (Cloud)

We are hiring a Senior Staff Software Engineer to work on backend services for Ruckus SmartZone and Ruckus One, supporting global-scale network management systems. The role involves distributed system design, network Management System integration, and cloud automation service development.

Requirements

• 8+ years of backend development experience, proficient in Golang
• Familiarity with Redis, Kafka, or NATS
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (deploying/debugging services or pods)
• Understanding of CI/CD workflows and automation concepts
• Experience with test-driven development (TDD)
• Intermediate English proficiency — able to read technical documents and join English meetings
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
