Job Description
Communal is a creative-minded cafe & shop with multiple locations based in Southern California. We are hiring a full time Shift Lead at our Bankers Hill location, responsible for delivering excellent customer experience, preparing and serving beverages and food, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year experience in customer service and/or hospitality
- At least one year lead experience in a food / beverage environment preferred
- ABC certification through exam if applying for FOH role
