Residential Assistant Program Director (Newcomb)

Communitas is a non-profit organization that provides individualized services and support for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are dedicated to empowering people and enriching lives. As a Residential Assistant Program Director, you will support the Director in the day-to-day operations of the program, including implementing agency policy and practice, providing personal care and assistance, and supervising the medical, nutritional health, and general welfare of residents.

Requirements

• Active MAP certification
• High School diploma (BA degree in Human Services or related field preferred)
• At least 2 years of experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities
