Job Description
Communitas is seeking a Specialized Skills Instructor for their Day Services Program, focused on individuals with developmental disabilities. This role provides personal care and skill development, promoting personal choice, community inclusion, and dignity. The position involves developing and implementing activities, providing support, and contributing to interventions.
Requirements
- High School diploma required
- At least 1 year of experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
- Passion and dedication to supporting people
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
