Job Description
The Director, Treasury Management leads the treasury management and commercial depository functions across all aspects of the credit union. This role focuses on strategic leadership, sales management, product development, and operational activities to support deposit and revenue growth. Collaboration with other teams is vital for success. The position requires strong people skills and financial acumen.

- Serves as part of the Commercial Banking Leadership Team.
- Develop and implement treasury management programs.
- Lead a top-performing Treasury Management team.
- Coordinate 'Go to Market' for commercial treasury products.
- Lead Treasury Management sales team.
- Collaborate with Retail Banking and Retail teams.
- Collaborate with Treasury Operations.
- Serve as the voice of the commercial member.
