Job Description
Pharmacist will provide accurate and timely dispensing of medications, in all forms, to meet the needs of the individual patient according to professional standards and practices.
Requirements
- 1 year of hospital experience required
- EPIC experience preferred
- PharmD preferred, State of Illinois Registered Pharmacist License required
