Job Description
We are seeking a Cosmetology Master Instructor for Evening hours at Clary Sage College in Tulsa, OK. The ideal candidate will have a Master Instructor License for Oklahoma and 3+ years of experience as a cosmetologist.
Requirements
- Teach Cosmetology courses to students
- Counsel students in a professional manner
- Adhere to curriculum expectations and accreditation standards
- Proactively identify and address issues with course content or technology
- Maintain OSHA standards and compliance
- Prepare students for state boards
- Document grades and attendance
- Keep work station organized and clean
- Familiarity with Oklahoma State Board of Cosmetology rules and regulations
- Support student retention by reviewing individual completion of learning activities
- Communicate regularly with other staff toward defined goals and/or required results
