Job Description
The Executive Assistant to the Office of the President is an exempt position that provides high-level administrative, organizational, and strategic support to the President of Community HigherEd Institute.
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of executive administrative support experience, preferably supporting senior leadership
- Demonstrated experience supporting Boards of Directors or senior governance bodies
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
- Proficiency in Google Suites, Microsoft Office and related productivity tools
