Job Description
Inpatient Nurse Manager-MedSurg position at Community Hospital in Grand Junction, CO. The successful candidate will provide daily leadership, direction, and oversight of the Med Surg Unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- BSN required, MSN preferred
- 3+ years of leadership experience in ICU or critical care
- Current RN license in CO
- CCRN, PCCN, or similar certification preferred
- Current BLS certification, ACLS certification within 6 months, PALS certification within 6 months, TNCC or TCAR within 6 months
