Employee Training Coordinator

Employee Training Coordinator oversees organizational training, compliance, and certification initiatives for a non-profit organization providing services for individuals with intellectual, physical, and behavioral health disabilities. The role involves coordinating and facilitating training programs, maintaining records, and communicating with staff and managers to ensure regulatory compliance and workforce readiness. The position requires a flexible schedule and regular evening and weekend availability to facilitate onboarding and training for second shift and weekend staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Human Resources or Business Administration
• 2 - 3 years Program Management experience highly desirable
• Work experience in Human Resources, Training or Regulatory Compliance preferred
• Experience in Human and/or Human Services Industry supporting individuals with Autism, Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities, Behavior Health and/or Dual Diagnosis
• Prior work experience delivering Training and Compliance initiatives along with knowledge of Programs and Services preferred
