Program Evaluator- Incident Management

The Program Evaluator- Incident Management position works independently and within a team to respond to incidents, provide recommendations for quality improvement, and implement policies and compliance measures. The position involves conducting investigations, reviewing incident reports, and participating in the Administrative Review Committee. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work with tight deadlines and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
• Associates Degree preferred in Business Administration, Management, Health or Human Services
• Strong communication skills (oral, written and platform) and sensitive to employee and Consumer confidentiality
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Must successfully complete the ODP course to become a state certified investigator within 6 months of hire
