Job Description
Community Memorial Health System is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to provide pharmaceutical care to patients, perform educational functions, and apply advanced mathematical concepts. They are a community-owned, not-for-profit organization with a five-star rating from the CMS and a commitment to community health.
Requirements
- Master’s degree (M.A.) or equivalent, or four (4) plus years experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Pharmacy degree or equivalency exam
- Current CA Pharmacy license
