Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee Day Program and Employment Services in Mechanicsburg, PA. The Program Manager will lead a team to provide person-centered care tailored to meet the needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of state regulatory agency operations and standards
- Team oriented with demonstrated leadership experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
