Job Developer

CSI is seeking a Job Developer to join their Chase Center program in Waterbury, CT. The Job Developer will provide guidance, counseling, and support to program participants, establish relationships with employers, and promote CTWorks services.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in a social science field or substantial experience in job development and employment resources
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license and a car
• Ability to work with clients who have been impacted by trauma
