Personal Assistant to CEO

CSP is a growing youth sports organization seeking a highly capable Personal Assistant to support the CEO and leadership team while coordinating day-to-day office operations.

Requirements

• Personal experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, Office Administrator, or in a similarly high-autonomy role
• Proven ability to manage complex logistics and competing priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a clear, direct, and professional style
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with modern productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or equivalent systems
• Discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive information
