Receptionist

Join our Health Center Administration as a Receptionist, working in a lobby and serving as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and family members. This role requires strong customer service skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required
• Minimum three years clerical support experience
• Basic switchboard/receptionist experience and scheduling experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Commitment to confidentiality and following HIPAA rules
